She handles any issues with quick responses (day or night) and always offered good solutions which resulted in the best resolution. I had some situations that required 3rd party fixes and she had good contacts that were available to complete the work quick & efficiently. She offers good advise on pricing, staging and all aspects of home sale along the way. My home sale was the last phase of an estate closeout & downsizing due to death of my spouse. Amber and Ted were so caring and really helped make this experience less stressful for me and my family. The whole selling experience was better than I could have expected and I would highly recommend."
